TL;DR: Top One Futures offers both evaluation and direct-to-simulated-funded routes. Elite uses a 6% evaluation target and a $149 activation fee after passing. Elite ACCESS adds a 30-day evaluation limit and five qualifying profit days before funded payouts. Elite DAILY has no activation fee and allows daily payout requests after funding when its buffer, progression, risk, and news conditions are met. Instant Sim Funded skips the evaluation but still uses simulated accounts and program-specific payout rules. All routes are for intraday futures traders. Positions close by 4:10 PM ET, and EAs or bots are prohibited. BestProps checked official Top One Futures documentation on July 31, 2026 and did not test the product first-hand.
Top One Futures review snapshot
Top One Futures is a futures prop firm with several ways to reach a simulated funded account. The useful question is not whether the firm has one simple rule set. It is which program matches your evaluation tolerance, preferred payout cadence, and ability to follow program-specific risk controls.
BestProps reviewed official Top One Futures help-center documents dated or updated through July 31, 2026. We did not open an account, place trades, complete identity checks, or request a payout. The findings below describe published terms, not first-hand performance or a guarantee that a payout request will be approved.
Top One Futures program paths compared
| Program | Entry path | Funded-stage headline | Main tradeoff |
|---|---|---|---|
| Elite | One-phase evaluation with a 6% target | Program-specific consistency and payout targets | $149 activation fee after passing |
| Elite ACCESS | 6% target within 30 days | Five qualifying profit days and a program-specific consistency rule before payouts | Activation fee varies by account size |

Top One Futures rules to check first
Check the Top One Futures trading window
Top One Futures says futures trading runs from 6:00 PM ET to 4:10 PM ET the next day, Monday through Friday, with a daily break. Open positions are automatically closed by 4:10 PM ET. This makes the firm a poor fit for overnight or weekend strategies.
Check the Top One Futures automation policy
Top One Futures prohibits automated systems, scripts, bots, Expert Advisors, and high-frequency execution tools. Its policy requires trades to be entered manually or semi-manually. Traders who rely on automated execution should choose a different setup.
Check the Top One Futures payout conditions
Payout timing alone does not establish eligibility. Elite, Elite ACCESS, Elite DAILY, Instant Sim Funded, S2F Sim Pro, and Ignite use different combinations of profit targets, consistency, buffers, profitable days, progression rules, payout caps, and news restrictions. Read the current rules for the exact program and purchase cohort.

How BestProps assessed Top One Futures
This review uses document-based research. We compared the current official program overview, account comparisons, trading-hours rule, and automation policy; separated evaluation requirements from simulated funded requirements; and treated purchase-date cohorts as distinct when the source did.
We did not assign a universal score or label the whole firm verified. A published rule can establish what the firm states, but it cannot prove execution quality, support quality, future solvency, or whether a specific payout will be approved.
Who Top One Futures may suit
Top One Futures may suit a manual intraday futures trader who wants a choice between an evaluation and immediate access to a simulated funded account. Elite is the clearest starting point for traders who prefer a conventional one-phase evaluation. Elite ACCESS is narrower because of its 30-day window and profit-day requirements. Elite DAILY prioritizes payout frequency but retains several funded-stage controls. Instant products remove the evaluation, not the rule burden.
Avoid Top One Futures if your strategy depends on overnight holds, weekend positions, EAs, bots, or assuming one program’s payout rules apply to another. Before buying, compare the full fee, drawdown, consistency, payout, news, scaling, and account-limit rules for the exact product.
